Accountability Messaging – Timely Warnings

Your accountability message is seen when users log in and can be changed and tailored to your needs – here’s how. Open the console and click on the site tab. Use the ‘Update AUP Text’ button to edit the message. This saves the message centrally for all connected PCs (when the full version of TakeAView is used).



Risk-Analysis/Compliance Report

To create and view Risk-Analysis/Compliance reports click the Reporting tab.
Select ‘Compliance Reporting’ and the ‘Easy’ section (if they are not already selected). Ensure ‘All Logins’ is selected and choose a period (say Annually). The date will be set with respect to today’s date – but you can alter this by entering another date. (Note be sure to include Feb2009 in the range to include the preloaded data provided – see below).
When first installed there will be no data for your organisation yet. We suggest you leave the system to accumulate data for a few days and then return here.


Preloaded Log Data – Risk Reporting in Action

Meanwhile we have included some sample data so that you can see reporting in action straight away. It’s all for Feb2009. Simply ensure that this period is included in your selection – and that all Logins is ticked. Click Preview to see your first reports. Click ‘Create Report’ to load it into you browser and print from there. If you have the TakeAView/PDF-plugin you may also create PDF reports.
